We at Dexon Electrical Engineering Sdn Bhd did it again!Being awarded the AFEEC The Best Contractor Award 2018, in Manila, Philippines. Our Managing Director, Ir Dexter Goh with the Award and Certificate. Bravo!!

Dexon held it's half-year Town Hall Meeting on 12th May 2018. During this meeting, our MD shared some quotes on the topic "CHANGE".

On 21 April 2018, Dexon celebrated our 20th Anniversary with a dinner at Connexion Bangsar South.

We hold our 2nd Town Hall Meeting on 25th November 2017 at our company. The theme of the Town Hall Meeting is "Embrace Change." Our Managing Director, Ir. Dexter Goh explained how some downfalls of the companies caused by failure to manage changes. The way forward is to take change measurements proactively.

Town Hall Meeting is the time of the year when we bring our employees together to get them excited about the road ahead. They will hear the news from the management.  It is also a time for the employees to mingle with each others in particularly with twenty two of our site supervisors. The HR and Management team spend considerable time to organize the event to make sure everyone feel engaged. There was no exception for our 2nd Town Hall Meeting. We injected games and ice breaking activates to make the session fun and interesting for everyone. This is the reason why we involved as many as employees to share their stories on stage in the past two Town Hall Meeting. In this event, we scored more than 8/10 in our 1st and 2nd Town Hall Meeting this year.

Dexon is proud to have won the Best HR Practice Award (Silver) from MIHRM (Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management). We are equally proud of our HR manager Laurence Yap for winning the Best HR Leader Award in the individual category.

'Hunger Knows No Barriers' The slogan of Kechara Soup Kitchen Malaysia. We have participated in one of the activities of Kechara in Kuala Lumpur City Centre on 5th of August 2017. Kechara Soup Kitchen (KSK) is a registered NGO with an objective of providing food for the homeless on the streets and the urban poor. Our employees followed Kechara volunteers on Saturday night to distribute rice and vegetarian dishes, biscuits, buns, and mineral water to them. We have also seen the medical teams to provide medical treatment to the sick people. It has opened our eyes how the needy live and how little kindness could touch the heart of the homeless people.

We emerged as one of the Outstanding SMEs in the Golden Bull Award 2017 at the Gala Dinner held in Majestic Hotel on 27th July 2017.  Winners are selected based on a basket of qualitative and quantitative criteria. The Golden Bull Award 2017 was presented to the winners by Datuk Seri Mah Siew Keong, Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities.
