In 1998, Mr. Goh Keng Seng founded Dexon Electrical Engineering in Puchong with a singular vision: to build a company where quality was non-negotiable and people were the foundation of every project. The name "Dexon" was inspired by the ancient Chinese proverb 旗开得胜 - "once the flag is hoisted, victory is achieved." This fighting spirit became the soul of the company: confident, purposeful, and committed to winning through integrity.

As a registered professional engineer and Managing Director, Ir. Dexter Goh drives Dexon's strategic vision and day-to-day excellence. Under his leadership, Dexon has expanded its portfolio across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects throughout Malaysia.
He upholds the Dexon Code of Honour with conviction - believing that sustainable growth comes not from chasing contracts, but from earning the trust of every stakeholder on every single project.

Mr. Yap Soon Lei has been an integral part of Dexon since 2005. Beginning his journey as a Contract Executive, his sharp eye for detail, strong commercial judgement, and deep understanding of project dynamics earned him a steady rise through the ranks. He was appointed Contract Manager after consistently delivering high-value results across large-scale electrical construction projects.
With more than two decades of industry experience, he brings deep expertise in tendering, contract administration, and post-contract management, balancing competitiveness with commercial viability while supporting quality project delivery.
